Incident vs Incidents

One thing that confused me for a minute in ServiceNow is Incident vs. Incidents. (singular v. plural).

If you pull up the simulator and search for “Incident” in the menu, you’ll see multiple Incidents.

I don’t quite know the difference between them, but for a new person this is confusing.
